How trust works on Taskaid

Experts can earn visibility advantages only after relevant checks are complete. Depending on the task type, these may include identity, contact, account, licence, insurance, and background-related checks where applicable.

Customers can post tasks for free. Taskers use a monthly membership from $29.95/month to find work on the platform. After hiring, customers can pay by card on Taskaid or pay the tasker directly off-platform.

If an eligible task is not delivered as agreed and the issue cannot be resolved through our support process, customers can request a refund under our refund policy.

Review visibility and weighting depend on actual platform activity. Suspected fraud, coercion, or policy breaches trigger review moderation.

Trust Score is shown out of 100 and is built from verified inputs such as reliability, verification status, job history, review quality, response behavior, and dispute outcomes.

Users should know what happens next before a problem happens. We publish our dispute flow, response targets, and evidence requirements.

We minimise unnecessary data collection, protect stored information, and publish clear policies about retention, access, and deletion.
