These terms govern how customers and taskers use Taskaid in Australia.

By creating an account, posting a task, submitting an offer, or otherwise using Taskaid, you agree to these terms with Taskaid Pty Ltd.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Taskaid connects customers who post local tasks with independent taskers who choose to join through a paid membership.
Customers can post tasks for free. Taskers access the marketplace through the membership shown on our pricing pages.
Taskaid is a marketplace facilitator — taskers are independent service providers, not employees of Taskaid.
Taskaid does not hold customer funds in escrow. After hiring, customers may pay by card on Taskaid or pay the tasker directly off-platform.
Membership fees for taskers are separate from any job payment agreed between customer and tasker.
Stripe processes on-platform card payments when configured. Off-platform payments are arranged directly between the parties.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity on your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us.
Notify us at support@taskaid.com.au if you suspect account compromise.
You must comply with applicable laws, provide honest task and profile information, and treat other users respectfully.
You must not post unlawful tasks, harass users, attempt fraud, circumvent verification, or misuse platform messaging.
We may suspend or deactivate accounts that create safety risks or repeatedly breach these terms.
Only reviews linked to completed task activity on Taskaid may appear on profiles.
Trust badges and verification states reflect checks completed on the platform at the time shown.
We may remove reviews or badges that are misleading, abusive, or not linked to genuine platform activity.
Taskaid does not guarantee task completion, pricing outcomes, or suitability of any tasker for a particular job.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies described in our refund and dispute policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes should first be raised through our support process at support@taskaid.com.au.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
